This bike has a very uncommon background: Scapin never sold a track bike in his entire history, and this one is just 1 of 2 ever made, given to Adriano Baffi for some late 80's track racing events. My friend owns his bike (you can barely see his name on the white portion of the top tube), and the other one is owned by Mr Scapin himsef.
